The Ayurvedic cleansing process, called Panchkarma, releases toxins from the tissues and balances the body and mind for better health. As a preventative measure Ayurveda recommends a cleansing programme at the transition of each season and Spring is an ideal time for detoxification to release the heaviness of winter. This programme safely adapts certain elements of Panchkarma for a home style detoxification that rests the digestive system, cleanses the body and allows space for reflection.
The programme is based on an Ayurvedic daily routine with:
