This workshop is an invitation to reconnect with our deepest essence awakening healing and transformation. We will work with ecstatic dance, authentic movement, voice and drawing with a healing intention. Through ecstatic dance we will unravel, and release, moving out of our head into our body giving voice to the heart and spirit. Authentic movement invites our journey to deepen, uncovering stories from our soul. The ritual space invites a sacred atmosphere where we will journey on our own and also as a group, witnessing, sharing, giving and receiving. No dance or movement experience is necessary.
